Teta’s Pitta, meaning "Grandma's Pitta," operates proudly under the Burger10 brand, offering a fresh and modern twist on Mediterranean street food.

 

Founded by Executive Chef Hussein Jaber, the food truck pays tribute to his mother, Hanna—affectionately known as ”TETA" (grandmother)—and reflects over 30+ years of culinary expertise spanning the Middle East and Australia.

Launched in collaboration with his wife, Sheryl, co-founder of Burger10, Teta’s Pitta represents the next chapter in their award-winning culinary journey. Their mission is to deliver bold, unique flavours with the same unwavering commitment to quality that has defined their legacy.

Specialising in authentic, gourmet Pitta Pocket sandwiches, Teta’s Pitta blends traditional recipes with contemporary flair. Each Pitta Pocket is crafted using premium ingredients, from tender grilled meats and crispy falafel to creamy hummus and vibrant salads, offering a street food experience that is both convenient and unforgettable.
